And with this fella here i've got a bit of a problem, 'cause i've been working on him on and off for soooo mannnny yeaarrrs that i just want to see him done, but a part of me tells me to strip it and start again....

I simply love that BLUE
That clean look is something that i can never achieve. The metalics look pretty good to me, the sort of "muted" look fits well.
Yellow fingers are a bit of a suprise as they are usaly red on Hazel family suits but it's one of those details that that make this kit Yours :D
Lovely work on decals - can't see any silvering or anything - personally I would like to see more of them but as You know I love heavliy decaled kits :P
You might be right on the dark grey for panel lines, altough I see you have missed a few of them. There are some areas that would have benefited from a little detail painting as well - like the "air" (it's a space suit so defo not air, more like cooling propably) intakes on the side of the legs.
Overall it's a fantastic dispaly piece that any Hazel fan would love to have on a shelf :D

Finaly was able to get some hobby time. And after some thinking I found a way to mount those suckers. I was very close to just ditching them alltogether in favor of an obscene amount of boosters. But that will wait for another build.
Anyway aside from backpack i've got the weapons sorted: a katana donated by ng 1/100 green frame and the Long-Ass Rifle that i found in the bits box. Can't remember when or why i made it but it fits here.

love the detailing
you plan on doing any weathering?
also have to agree on dollar store upgrade parts, aside from that look in scale model hobby shops, especialy the online ones, you might find somehting cool in resin upgrade parts for jets and ships 8)

awesome idea
myself i'm a fan of flat coating but can appriciate nicely done gloss kit,
IMO high gloss looks nicer on round(-ish) surfraces so you might consider doing a bit of putty work here and there to essentialy zeon-ify mk3
but that's just my 2 cents  8)

no pics this time -as nothing was done due to father duties.
anyway thinking of using Strike torso instead - as I just love that design
also managed to get a second hand MG Wing Zero so now I can go with original plan of 4 wing binders, the only issue now is how to mount them, the plan is to use aile striker pack as a base instead of Noir pack. Biggest downside - i only have the ng sile striker but it will do.
fun times ahead :D
