When a metal object gets damaged or pierced- the metal surface tend to warp or bend according to the force(s) acted upon it. This is a quick,easy, and effective way to create a realistic metal damage (holes, warping, and bends) on a plastic surface.

I think I've bookmarked this 3x already Win, bookmarking it again now just in case. Thanks for sharing this I'm starting to get into weathering and battle damage and this tutorial is golden!
