Nice build.
Good luck with the contest.
Q: What did you use to weather your build. To give it a dusty desert look?

Cheers, I use nothing more than ground down chalk pastels applied dry with a brush. The ones I used on this build are supposed to be for coloring hair that I originally bought for the kids but some how they have ended up in my paint box  ::).  I used to use tamiya weathering set but these work just as well and you can get some amazing colour combinations, mixed with a bit of thinners they are also great to use as washes for streaking etc.

These are what I have.

Thanks for the info. I am working on a US Abrams tanks and this would be perfect for making it look like it's in the desert of Saudi Arabia with serious wear and tear.

ah, great concept! Not often seen an north african GM variant. Nice environmental-appropriate sand and dust weathering. Enjoying the ominous glow behaving the visor too. Enjoying the small additional detailing work, especially on the tops of the shoulders. Some detail looks a little soft - but I think this adds to the ‘constantly in use’ look. Really like the markings too. My only criticism is those gaps in the shins, but I think I can put this down to subjectivity as it could be interpreted
as a detail. Great work, thank you for entering :)
